The compact aluminium shell with epoxy potting is anti-shock, damp-proof, anti-dust, and provides better heat dissipation. The converters are assembled with a smart chip that has features of Over-current /Over-load /Low-load /Short-circuit /Over-heat intelligent protection, ensuring reliable operation.

The synchronous rectifier circuit uses MOSFET instead of rectifier diode to greatly reduce the loss of the rectifier and improve the converter efficiency, achieving a Maximum Efficiency of ≥95%. The Ripple Wave is 50Mv, and the Starting Delay time is ≤2S.

The non-isolated module has an Input Voltage of 48V nominal, with an Input range of 40V to 60V, and an Input Current of 10A (max) with a No-load input current of ≤10mA. The Output Voltage is DC 12V ±2%, and the Output Current is 10A.

The strict glue pouring process ensures the converter is waterproof, moisture-proof, and seismic, making it adaptable to a variety of harsh environments. The aluminium shell improves heat dissipation and sturdiness, extending the service life.

The FR-4 multilayer lines, resistors, capacitors, and switch MOS tube are SMD components with high integration, high reliability, and high stability, ensuring the quality and performance of the converters.
